The training is back on track & it's awesome to have a training goal once again. We've got about 5months to plan the training regime to be peaking in March next year!
The trick here is going to be: to build up slowly, get the mileage in, focus on nutrition & all round fitness and strength, do loads of stretching pre & post (to keep those horrible niggles away!) & to enjoy the training time. Remember the harder you train the easier race day, or in this case race week will be!
